Dust free base boards, ceiling fans , chandeliers/pendants, dropped ceiling soffit.
*Move-in/Move-out cleaning*
This is a One time cleaning service. Rates will be based on the detailing of the residence.
*Renovation Clean-up
-Sweep and mop and disinfect floors
-Sweep and vacuum all surfaces, including ceilings and walls.
-Wipe down doors, knobs, baseboards, moldings, trim, wood/doors
frames.
-Remove any paint, mud , and debris from hinges.
-Thorough wipe down and sanitization of bathrooms and kitchen
(appliances, cabinets , and counters)
-General cleaning
*Office Cleaning
-Vacuum all carpets and mats
-Empty waste receptacles and replace liners
-Vacuum all hard wood floor /sweep/mop.
-Dust all horizontal surfaces of desk , chairs, tables, and other furniture.
-Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces with disinfectant.
-Clean common areas (kitchen/lunch room).
-Clean Restrooms.
