We have had a passion for bbq for a long time and want to be able to share it with everyone. We can bring our bbq smoker to your event and cook there or we can cook elsewhere and bring the meat to you. We cook ribs, brisket, chicken, pulled pork, meatloaf and more. The BBQ trailer will be set up today at the Soccer Fields behind the Liberty Washington Twp Fire station today from 4p-8p.

We will be set up there tomorrow as well from 10a-8pm.

Saturday this week we have a lot of private caterings and our food truck will be at the soccer tournaments in Liberty Center so unfortunately the restaurant will be closed due to staffing. We apologize but there will be times we just don’t have enough staff to do all of it. We will be posting today for hiring for part time help. Thank you.
