On this Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces who answered the call to serve with courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication to this nation. Today is far more than a holiday. It is a sacred day of remembrance for those who fought in wars, stood on the front lines, and gave their lives defending the freedoms we cherish every day.

We remember the heroes who never made it home. The sons, daughters, fathers, mothers, brothers, and sisters who laid down their lives for their country and for future generations. Their sacrifice is woven into the very fabric of America.

We also honor those who continue to serve today, protecting this nation with strength, honor, and commitment, often far from the people they love most. Their service reminds us that freedom is never free.
