Transformation Tuesday

This beachfront bedroom needed a major refresh. We replaced the carpet with practical luxury vinyl plank and relocated the beds so we could fit two custom queen size beauties to accommodate all their summer guests. We also removed the shutters to flood the room with natural light and gorgeous ocean views. Adding motorized shades enables guests to push a button to envelope the room in cooling darkness for those afternoon naps!

A fresh coat of paint, plush area rug and new artwork completed the space.

Tuesday Transformations

With six guest rooms, we had plenty of room to convert one of the bedrooms into an upstairs lounge. Equipped with a fridge, coffee maker and sink, early risers don't have to wake the hosts if they start their day early. We eliminated the shutters allowing sunshine to flood the space. Motorized shades allow for glare free TV viewing and then roll up and out of the way at the touch of button so guests can enjoy the ocean view.

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY

The first floor of this beachfront home suffered extensive damage from a flood. Since most of the flooring and walls had to be repaired, we reconfigured the layout to create better flow. Moving the master bedroom to one side of the house enabled us to give the owners more privacy and more entertainment space. The large master bath and adjoining hot tub room became a fabulous kitchen and pantry, perfect for large gatherings of family and friends.
