Truth.

I’m currently going through some very deep mental, spiritual, physical and emotional processes.
Waking up daily with this heavy feeling on me has been a lot.

I needed this today 🌹🤎🌹

"You will not feel like this for too long. It is a period of integration, assimilation. You need to come to a point where it all settles down and you can get a clearer sense of who, what and where you really are, before moving forward into what you are becoming.

Trust the process. Much is unfolding behind the scenes and 'under the skin'. Whole worlds are dying and being reborn within you and around you. You are doing more than you know, every day. Do not try to complicate it. If you knew how many 'processes' you were undergoing, you would not try to add more to the scales. Give yourself time and Grace. Tend yourself with care and love. Rest and recharge. For the time is coming when you will rise and shine and be very active and focused again. Allow the inflow and the outflow.

Listen within - to your body as well as to your spirit, but above all to your heart. Love is where we are 'going'. Love is who we are 'becoming'. Love is where we ARE. Love is WHO we are. Repeat this to yourself often. Feel into the words. Let it be a mantra for your mind to attune to your heart and be One, in Love, in Truth.

And so it is."
