Just in is this Knee Mill.

I will be tearing it down and going thru all of its mechanical, adjusting back lash, cleaning up the ways, stripping all the paint completely off.

It then get a new single phase Motor, new custom fabricated control k***s / handles, and heavy duty textured paint.

Here is the very first cut operation on the Duo Cut Pro 60 X 60 Table. I have a client coming for a router application demo this week and then I will be setting it up for jet cutting and installing the ESAB plasma cutter.

I can build all many different sizes larger and smaller. I am working on a 24 X 24 inch table with an anticipated introductory pricing of $2500.00 All versions are available for order now. I am build to order.

Ok stuck some paint on this Dual Cut Pro machine!! Ill soon be installing the motor drives and building the electrical systems and then it will be time to fire it up. I plan to demo both torch cutting and also the router set up. This thing is built like a tank! It might even be able to machine aluminum!!

Next up is a Chevy Astro Van. The frame supporting the Reese hitch was rotted away. The hitch itself was so bad it also needed to be completely rebuilt. The only good metal was the hangers of the hitch. So cut away the bad metal under the van, welded in new supports and replaced the metal frame supports. All custom hand crafted. the hitch was cut apart and re built with another receiver we had laying around. Should be good for light duty pulling.

Dump truck is ready to go. Cut out all the bad metal, cut out the gate latches and straightened them out and re fabbed them back on. Cut out the crumpled up portion of the gate and welded in new metal with relief so it can not get tangled up with hitch again. Then treated all the surface rust and repainted. Should add some years to it. New dump bed for this truck are around $10,000.00 we did this work for $500

Featured is the dump truck that came in. This is in need of some restoration work on the dump bed. We will be cutting out all the rust and CNC cutting replacement metal to fab back on. There is custom work that needs done on the tail gate to clear the hitch when the bed is raised as well. More to come!!
