Foggy Bottom Craft division is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Designer to join our forward-thinking team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating new product and modifying existing product to keep up with market demands and optimize product appearance, function, and useability. The ideal candidate would be familiar with Lightburn software and Photoshop, CNC programming and have the ability to create physical prototypes. This is a new and evolving role that will require marketing skills and working closely with sales as it will likely develop into a sales position as well. Wage is negotiable depending on experience. This is NOT a remote position. Paid vacation after one year. Paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, and retirement plan also available after probationary period.
Lead the end-to-end design process for products, including research, prototyping, and final design.
Collaborate closely with managers, sales, and marketing to ensure market and customer needs are met.
Develop prototypes and visual designs using various software programs.
Stay current with industry trends.
Be willing and able to train as a salesperson for Foggy Bottom Crafts.
Help out in all areas, as needed.
