Did you guess that the oak sofa was the restored piece? It had a slight edge with the votes in our stories and you were right!
The mahogany grained sofa is a new build. It is built of spruce. The oak graining is part of a restoration of a vintage piece that is predominantly douglas fir. They both turned out nicely.
Could you picture a beautiful grain painted sofa in your space?
