An interesting thing I’ve learned recently is that I really like making vent hood covers for stoves. I don’t know why, but this was one of my favorite projects to engineer and create. Along with the vent hood, I created a custom toaster “garage” with a fancy lift-up door and drawer to pull out the toaster and a custom shelf to hold all of Michelle’s stuff!

This custom entertainment center is nearly identical to a previous one I made for the McKeever’s upstairs living room, but this one features a sweet distressed barnwood top and accent wall. So grateful to be asked to come back for project number 18 for the McKeevers!

Christina was inspired by trip to Italy, and a wine tasting experience to have me create this custom wine table to be the centerpiece of her new wine bar! It features big chunky legs, a rustic barnwood style top, wine box drawers and, the best part, hand painted tile accents acquired directly from Italy! I was ready for an artistic challenge, and this one definitely satisfied that. Thanks again, Christina- it’s always a joy to work with you and Rich!!!
