We had the privilege of being part of a very special tribute to a wonderful, hardworking, and humble man of the Mosinee community, Pete Nievinski.

Yesterday, this monument honoring Pete and his lifetime of service to the community was unveiled. The monument features a beautiful, selected Highland Brown slab, engraved with words of dedication recognizing his many years of commitment, service, and contributions.

This meaningful tribute was the vision of Pete’s wife, Laura Nievinski and the City of Mosinee and, we are honored to contribute to bring that vision to life. This meaningful occasion helps create a lasting tribute to a man whose work and dedication have made a difference in our community.

And today, on what would have been Pete’s birthday, it feels especially fitting to celebrate his life, his legacy, and the lasting impact he had on the community he cared so deeply about. You will always be remembered.

We are proud to have been part of the UW–Stevens Point Library and Student Resource Center project, supplying several of our Wisconsin natural stone products.

The project features our locally quarried Cambrian Cream thermal cladding, sized 8" x 24" x 3 cm, along with Aqua Blue boulders and Highland Brown outcropping incorporated into the landscape design.

It’s exciting to see our Wisconsin stone used throughout such an important campus project, showcasing the natural beauty, durability, and character of locally quarried stone.

Seat Benches
We produce split stone blocks with varying heights of 16–24", depths of 18–24", and random lengths from 24–60". Adjusted by the contractor at a like height. These blocks can be strategically placed together to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind seat walls.
The photos showcase a few local projects that incorporated our Sandy Creek stone blocks into their designs. Also featured is a hand-selected Highland Brown outcropping block with an engraved feature.

Shown here are a few projects recently installed. Top our Aqua Grantique custom Aqua Grantique 2 ¼” step treads, embellished with a shot-blast texture to aid in slip resistance and surface finish. The sides are clad in Aqua Grantique sawn 6-sides in a 3 ½” height. Bottom left is our Sandy Creek 2-3” flagstone, all pieces trimmed to fit tight by contractor on site. Bottom right is our Autumn Sunburst 2 ¼” sawn height Ledge-rock.

Our natural Wisconsin quarried stone products are very durable, non-fading and will hold up for generations. We offer hundreds of products for the building and landscape industries.

Our Aqua Grantique / Aqua Blue boulder quarry is bustling with projects!

Aqua Blue boulders have long been a favorite natural stone for pond building, prized for their unique color, texture, and natural shape. We are currently staging hundreds of tons of Aqua Blue boulders for a project in Florida.

This impressive water-feature project requires large quantities of water to spout and cascade through large boulders to create a fountain. To accomplish this, we have drilled 6" holes through the boulders, allowing water to flow through the stone and create the desired fountain effects.

Our Aqua Blue boulders can also be further processed from large quarry blocks into sawn slabs, which are transformed into a wide variety of beautiful building and landscaping materials, including:
• 3 cm shot-blast flagstone
• Patterned flooring
• Steps
• Outcropping
• 8" retaining wall stone
• Tumbled wall stone
