Craftsman Caleb knocked out some TIGHT custom sliding doors last week. 4 to be exact. No metal, all joinery. 2-1/4” thick rails & stiles, solid clear wood, Xs both sides, segmented nickel gap panels, every board individually machined to spec.

Clean conventional doors like this are A LOT of work w/ out high speed tooling set up to run them… not something we do on a regular basis. May the simple door build never be underestimated. But a fun change of pace!
