🎓🌟Congratulations, Ethan "Hurricane" Walz! 🌟🎓
Today, we're proud to celebrate a tremendous accomplishment for one of our own, Ethan Walz! 🎉
Over the past nearly two years, Ethan—better known around Peltcs Lumber Co. as 🌊"Hurricane" 🌊—has balanced work, classes, and athletics while becoming a valued member of our team. We are excited to congratulate him on earning both his high school diploma from Montpelier High School and his Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering!
As I did with Rowdog, I also asked Ethan some simple questions to let people get a better insight on this great kid!
During his time at Montpelier🚂 , Ethan's favorite class was Machine Design, and his favorite teacher was his mom, Wendy Walz. One of his favorite school memories was making it to Regionals in cross country alongside his teammates and coaches. 🏃♂️🥈
At Peltcs, Ethan's favorite part of the job has been time with his coworkers and the many "regulars" he's gotten to know along the way. We've enjoyed watching Ethan grow and mature over the last couple of years. He has always been willing to learn & is not afraid of physical labor. 💪
As if graduating HS with an Associate's wasn't exciting enough, Ethan is also getting married this summer! 💍⛪ It's fun watching him light up talking about his future wife & their plans!
Ethan has recently started his career with ⚙Martin Sprocket & Gear⚙ while continuing his education by pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Miami University.
