Before and afters of another kitchen job wrapped up! Speak with us before thinking there is no hope for that outdated kitchen. By saving the cabinet boxes, updating the doors, and only adding new where they were missing. We then sprayed onsite with customers choice of color and we were able to bring this clients vision into budget. Every job has it’s challenges that make the project unique and that’s why we love custom and historical work. For this one, it was important to the client to expose and keep the original structural beams. Unfortunately the island post was so deteriorated, we had to replace it. The beam supported by this posted had to be jacked up while stone was installed in order to cut in place and reinstall new post through in order to avoid a seam in the middle. With access to period lumber, this little detailed that to most will go unnoticed was knocked out of the park.
