At Hawkeye, we like to say it takes a team to manufacture the hardwood lumber we provide our customers. https://www.hawkeyeforest.com/ Today we recognize all the guys on the our kiln team! Those involved with the kiln operations group have a very important role in the manufacturing of hardwood lumber. In essence they control the entire drying process! They manage the drying cycle and schedule, taking into account the specific species, dimensions, and environmental conditions in an effort to create the best, high-quality, stress-free lumber possible.
