CIS New Operations Announcement
After nearly 26 years at the helm, CIS Dispatcher and Warehouse Manager Tony Scalise has retired. Not only was he our longest-tenured dispatcher (by many years), but he built great relationships with many of our clients. Simply stated, we will miss Tony but wish him much happiness in retirement.
With Tony retiring, we’re restructuring our operations department with a focus on future growth.
Meet Corey Bradley — Scheduling & Dispatch Manager
We’ve appointed Corey Bradley as our new Scheduling & Dispatch Manager. Corey will be handling communications for dispatching along with many other administrative duties.
With experience in talent acquisition and a foundation in collegiate football coaching, Corey has developed a unique ability to identify needs, communicate effectively, and guide individuals through high-impact decisions. He previously played a key role in managing scheduling operations at Cintas, overseeing appointment coordination, streamlining logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams.
Corey is passionate about creating positive client experiences, driving retention, and helping teams grow. We’re lucky to have him on our team.
Meet Scott Fannin — Field Staff & Warehouse Manager
Scott Fannin has been appointed as our Field Staff & Warehouse Manager. Our warehouse staff and field staff will report directly to him. Scott will also be tasked with implementing improvements across the board for greater efficiencies and quality.
He has been with CIS for nearly 30 years as a field installer and later as a project manager/leader. Needless to say, Scott’s field experience is invaluable, and we look forward to his contributions in raising our level of quality and service.
Please join me in welcoming Corey and Scott to our CIS family!
