Meet the Team: Scott Hall 👋

Scott is our General Manager and has been part of The Countertop Shop team for 13 years! His favorite part of the job is the people he gets to work with, and when it comes to countertops, he’s always been a fan of the old “Blue Eyes” natural stone material. ✨

Outside of work, Scott enjoys working on projects around the house and coaching softball. He and his wife are empty nesters, although their three crazy dogs still keep them plenty busy! 🐶 Their favorite place for a night out is Real Seafood downtown at the docks, and when it comes to music, Scott is open to just about anything.

And a fun fact you probably wouldn’t guess? Scott once lost his spleen playing in a slow-pitch softball game! 🥎😳

Scott describes himself in three words: patient, understanding, and kind — and says his quiet time is where he finds his peace.

We’re glad to have Scott leading the TCS team and appreciate everything he’s brought to The Countertop Shop over the past 13 years! 💙

Last week, the TCS team got together for an employee cookout with good food and even better company! We’re grateful for the hardworking people who make The Countertop Shop what it is and always enjoy an opportunity to spend some time together outside of the everyday workday.

Meet the Team: Logan Smith 👋

Logan has been part of The Countertop Shop team for 3 years! One of his favorite parts of the job is seeing the before-and-after photos of completed projects, and when it comes to countertops, he’s a fan of exotic granites, quartzite, and especially Agate stone slabs. ✨

Outside of work, Logan enjoys taking road trips, trying new restaurants, and collecting cologne and watches. His local favorites are Fricker’s and Rosie’s Italian Grille, and his playlist ranges from Luke Combs to Rod Wave and BigXthaPlug. 🎶

And if you really want to get him talking? Just mention Buc-ee’s. 😂

Choosing the perfect countertop is a lot easier when you can see the whole picture! When visiting our showroom, bring along samples of your cabinets, flooring, tile, paint colors, or any other finishes you're using in your space.

Seeing everything next to the actual slab can help you compare colors, undertones, patterns, and textures to find a countertop that brings your entire design together.

🚗 Wicked Wheels Recap! 🏁

What a great evening at Wicked Wheels Car Fest! We had a blast checking out the incredible lineup of classic cars, hot rods, motorcycles, and more while spending time with our local community.

The Countertop Shop was proud to be a Presenting Sponsor of this year’s event and help support an evening that brought so many people together. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, and to all who helped make Wicked Wheels such a success!
