Locally owned and operated as carr's custom sawing for about
8 years now working as turkey creek sawmill because I have
moved out to west mobile and turkey creek runs on my place
I also make custom game calls and some furnitue. I'm adding a frontend loader to tractor so will also offer lite tractor work to the mix.

Watching the news tonight on wkrg. The county news was wkrg the city news was wala channel 10 growing up. The national wild turkey calling championship was in Mobile and none of the news casters even new what it was. We have lost all of the things that made the county great. People don't even know how people in the county live. The fair was about farming. Not even a 4h exhibition at that any more. Watermelon festival hardly mentioned.
You have to look for U.S. farm report. It was on every Saturday morning growing up. We have lost who we are and it is going to hurt us all one day.

Best moisture meter I've used so far

Kiln dried to 8.9% average . Sterilized at 150 for 24 hours, this also sets the pitch.
