Keep Mobile Beautiful Our mission is to motivate Mobilians to take greater individual responsibility for the improvement of their community environment.

KMB accomplishes our mission through four focus areas - education, litter prevention, beautification and recycling. Community volunteers make up our KMB Commission and our KMB Board of Directors for KMB, Inc. All of our projects include both young and older volunteers who care about Mobile and want to help accomplish our mission and goals.

KMB was founded as an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful and was established as a department of the City of Mobile. We have 6 full-time employees. The Coordinator, Special Events coordinator, Office Assistant and three recycling center attendants.
