We got an emergency call last week to place a customer's stainless bow rail after it was damaged from hitting a piling a day before they were leaving for the Bahamas, so we got to it and rebuilt 3/4 of the bow rail to get them on their way. Late post on this one, but this boom for a vermeer plow came to us for repair after snapping in half. 4x4x1/2 tubing. We beveled it and did a full pen repair with 6010 root and hot pass and some dual shield flux core fill and cap to get it back on the equipment and ready to work. First on-site job with the new setup. We ran over to orange beach to repair 4 cracks in a pontoon boat and add a couple of drain plugs. Quick little job and back to the shop. We just wrapped up this new leaning post to replace the old cooler seat on this 21 Sea Pro. This one rolls out with dual folding footrest, under seat storage, 2 rod holders, and a removable backrest. We also made it so that it can be comfortably utilized from the backside with the backrest removed as well. There is no substitute for custom work. Get it built how you want it!
