Antique Mahogany Armchair with Cane Back and Seat - Replaced seat cane and repaired chair by replacing missing wood and gluing loose and cracked parts. Relocated all woodscrews connecting seat frame to main leg frame and replaced with brass woodscrews. Replaced missing wood with Mahogany epoxy putty. Cleaned entire chair and performed mild refinishing with Howard's Mahogany Restor-A-Finish. Colored seat cane with custom acrylic paint to match back cane color. Cleaned and applied leather conditioning cream to leather armrests. Added screw-on felt leg glides.

Antique Solid Oak Curio Cabinet with Two Glass Doors. Side Glass and Three Removable Shelves, Crystal Door Pulls - Replaced broken left side glass, stabilized all glass panels with clear silicone caulking, repaired left door frame, and glued leg to frame connections. Delicate turned legs with bun feet and a central horizontal stretcher add stability to the cabinet. Craftsman made with very nice patina, circa 1900's. Very good condition, valued at $500.

Duncan Phyfe Mahogany Dining Table Pedestals - Repaired both pedestals and all six broken legs with epoxy glue, Mahogany wood filler and 1 1/4" steel brads. All six legs were separated from the center post as the table collapsed onto the chairs. Refinished both pedestals with Dark Mahogany stain, Brown Mahogany toner and clear satin Polyurethane finish. This dining table is in good condition and has three leaves. It is valued at approximately $1,500.00. The wood sliders are in very good condition with smooth action and a sturdy release mechanism.

Vintage Mahogany Chippendale Style Armchair with Ball and Claw Carved Front Legs and a Gold, Orange and Cream Striped Fabric on the Seat and Back Cushions - Chair has double cording in the same fabric as an accent. Note scalloped back. Repaired loose front legs with epoxy glue. Refinished several scratches on the legs. This is a well-build chair with ample seating area. Chair was damaged in moving.

Cherry Chippendale Style Dining Table with Ball and Claw Carved Cabriole Legs and Decorative Overlay Aprons - Stripped Cherry finish to bare wood and applied Special Walnut stain and clear matte Polyurethane finish. Refinished two table leaves to match table. Polished table with 2,500 grit wet sandpaper. Refinished ten matching dining room chairs including two armchairs and eight side chairs. Chair seat cushion and fabric not shown. Seats were upholstered by another vendor.

Antique Cherry Pie Crust Side Table - Chippendale style with ball and claw leg ends. Stripped table to bare wood and cleaned with TSP. Sanded with 180 and 220 grit sandpaper. Applied two coats of Red Mahogany stain and several coats of clear gloss Polyurethane. Polished with Howards Feed-N-Wax. This side table was hand-build by a craftsman in 1953.

Vintage Mid-Century Drexel Mahogany Six Drawer Dresser with Brass Drawer Bales - Top was filled with Mahogany wood filler and then sanded with 220 grit sandpaper. Refinished dresser with Rich Mahogany stain and clear satin Polyurethane. Polished brass drawer bales. Repaired/Replaced several missing cabinet parts. Replaced some missing veneer. This is a heavy Mahogany piece of furniture that will provide many more years of service for a customer. Top drawers have simulated division but are single drawers.

Mid-century Mahogany Footstool with Needlepoint Rocking Horse Design on Cream Fabric - Refinished wood with Rich Mahogany stain and clear satin Polyurethane finish. Rebuilt seat with new 1" high density foam, Dacron and the customer supplied needlepoint fabric. This sturdy little footstool was originally hand-made by a craftsman, circa 1953. Needlepoint was created recently.

Stylish Antique Victorian Quality Hand-Carved Oak Dining Room Side Chair- The chair had a broken back leg and broken side and middle stretchers. All of the joints on the frame were loose and had to be re-glued. It has a quality carved oak back with barley twist supports, carved leaves and grapes backs. It sports a floral design on a Canary Yellow background cotton fabric covered seat standing on turned carved front legs, barley twist back legs united by barley twist stretchers. Originally this chair had a cane seat. 19th Century chair valued at $500. Customer owned.

Ivory Leather Sofa Double Electric Recliner - Cleaned leather with rubbing alcohol (spot cleaning of stains) and a special vendor supplied leather cleaner for entire sofa, dyed leather with two coats of custom color water based Ivory dye. The dye color was matched to the existing color of the sofa by the leather products vendor. The dye was necessary to cover some stains from normal use. Customer buffed the leather and applied leather conditioner after the dye had dried for a few days. The result was an excellent refinishing of a large leather sofa recliner. Before picture on right.

Cassina Leather Standard Cab Armchair - Dyed to a darker custom color than the original Cognac color as supplied by the Italian manufacturer. The supporting structure of the armchair is an enameled steel frame. Sixteen pieces of saddle leather are individually die cut and undergo an additional fourteen discreet procedures by hand during manufacture. Once assembled, the cover is attached to the chair’s steel frame and held in place by a zipper fastening, as in a bespoke tailored garment. Set of four armchairs. Each chair is priced at approximately $2,250.00.
