we have a commercial kitchen where we also process those products into jams,salsa, pickles and sauces depending on the apple harvest we also do cider.

Hello Everyone!!! I hope everyone had been enjoying the weather as much as we have the last few days. We wanted to let everyone know that we will be at vermillion farmers market tomorrow morning! We have baked goods, canned goods, jams and jellies, flan. We tried our luck at pickling radishes and man did they turn out great!! We also have some amazing mushrooms (oyster, mitakie) tomatoes, bell peppers, a variety of hot peppers AND fresh baked PIES!! Strawberry rhubarb, Apple(with 4 different varieties of apples) and peaches and cream cheese!! Tomorrow in Vermillion from 10am-1pm. Hope to see you there !!! - Dale

hello all not sure why my post aren't going through. i'll be at the vermillion market this afternoon rolls, kolachies, flan, jams, salsa, pickles, lots of tomatoes canners at $1.50 per pound nice slicers starting at $3.50 per pound. froozen butter cream corn, frozen mushrooms, some fresh strawberries. fresh appels never sprayed $1.75 pound. and much more hope to see you all there thanks Dale

so hope all survived the heat and humidity the last few weeks i will be at the vermillion mkt today with have lots of tomatoes so canners show up more you buy cheaper they get jalapenoe peppers bell peppers sweet corn black diamond watermelons flan, and YES SOME MUSHROOMS mitake and chestnuts the chestnuts are huge 1 will go a long ways . salsa, pickled product and jams, jellies hope to see you there
