We recently hosted our Partner Spotlight event at MBJ, designed by Perkins&Will, bringing our community together for an inside look at the collaboration and shared vision behind MBJ's new workplace.

The event centered on a meaningful discussion about process, partnership, and delivering a strong client experience. It was an engaging and genuine exchange that demonstrated the value of collaboration and ended with a tour of the project.

33 years.

It’s hard to sum up more than three decades in a single post, but what stands out most is the people. The partners who collaborate alongside us. The clients who place their trust in us. The relationships that have shaped who we are today.

Over the past 33 years, we’ve grown, adapted, and learned a lot along the way. We’re grateful for every partnership, every conversation, and every opportunity to do meaningful work together. None of this happens without the trust and support of those we work with.

Employee Owner of the Quarter: Andrew Angstrom

Around here, we call him “Cat-mAndrew” 🐾 (because yes… he really loves his cats), but behind the nickname is someone who truly lives what it means to be an employee owner.

Nominated four times this quarter, no surprise to anyone who works with him.

Andrew consistently demonstrates our core values, expertise, resourcefulness, teamwork, partnerships, and even a little fun in the way he shows up every day. Whether it’s jumping in to help, solving problems before they grow, or keeping things moving behind the scenes, he operates with an ownership mindset in everything he does.

“He’s the one who knows everything. 99% of the time, he has the answer.”
