Come visit us this Sunday at (the last ever?) Open Streets Minneapolis Lyndale! Jamin will be offering free safety checks and small adjustments on bicycles and e-bikes, as well as being available to answer your e-bike repair questions. Find us in the Maker's Market near 25th & Lyndale Ave.

We are sad that this wonderful event is getting cut from the city budget, especially since the mission of centering pedestrians and cyclists on our streets so heavily aligns with our values.

Ordered a new e-bike online and want it assembled and tuned by a professional? Hire Long Haul and we will come to YOU to build your new bike and ensure it is safe to start riding. We also can provide training on how to properly use and maintain your new e-bike!
Bike builds usually take 1-2 hours for standard e-bikes - trikes, recumbents and larger cargo bikes will often require additional time.

Hello fellow cyclists 🚲👋 I’m Jamin (later half of Benjamin) and I am the proud founder and owner of Long Haul eBike Repair. I am so excited to be offering mobile repair for eBikes - a much needed service for the Minneapolis metro area!

Some fast facts about me and how I got here:
⚙️Before starting Long Haul I was managing the service department of an exclusively electric bicycle shop.
⚙️I have almost two decades of bicycle repair experience.
⚙️I have 3 years experience working as a medical equipment mechanic, performing mechanical and electrical repairs on power wheelchairs, scooters and other mobility equipment.
⚙️My biggest motivation to buy my first eBike was so that I could continue commuting on bike to work in the winter and it was a game changer!

Earlier this week I was hired to tune-up this great hand-trike by Quickie Wheelchairs. Working on this handcycle allowed me to utilize my skills not only as a bicycle mechanic, but also tapped into my several years experience when I worked as a professional mobility equipment technician! Thanks to Rita for agreeing to let me share this on Facebook - I thought it was the perfect example of why I am so excited to start my own business and offer my unique set of skills to help others!
