Key Lime Pie Cheesecake Piña Colada

Ingredients:

2 oz coconut rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cream of coconut
1/2 cup key lime juice (freshly squeezed for the best flavor)
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
Ice cubes
Whipped cream, for topping
Lime zest, for garnish
Crushed graham crackers, for ri***ng the glass

Instructions:

Step 1: Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the coconut rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, key lime juice, cream cheese, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Prepare the Glass
Rim your glass with crushed graham crackers. To do this, dip the rim of the glass in a little bit of key lime juice or water, then press it into the crushed graham crackers to coat the edge.

Step 3: Serve the Drink
Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.

Step 4: Garnish
Top the drink with a generous dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of lime zest. This adds a delicious, tangy finish that complements the rich, creamy flavors.

The one on the left is a China Hutch with 6 drawers in the bottom and 3drawers in the middle for silverware This piece is made from Western Red Cedar and Hickory trim measurements are 60” w and 24” d. 86”h.
