Here is another fun fact... Several years ago I was eating lunch with my coworkers. I was approached by a scout looking for a new person to help judge houses in Greater Kansas City. So for several years I judged houses. All calibers of homes ranging from the $250k all the way to $1.5M. Let me tell ya, it is hard to find a flaw an a million dollar show home!!!!
We judged everything from concrete, framing, design layout, color schemes, trim, paint, caulking, functionality, windows.
It was a super fun experience. Anyone ever in the Greater Kansas City area during the time of the Parade Of Homes of Greater Kansas City should totally check out the homes.

We used a Karran Undermount Sink.

Here is a tidbit of fun information. I moved from Iowa out to Ohio in 2021. I used to build houses!!!!! I specialized in interior trim. Although, I done all the various parts. I worked with another full time guy and a part time guy. We done everything from the ground up. After the concrete was in we framed houses. All kinds- one story homes on slabs, scrawl space, basements, two story, a two story with a full walk out basement!!!!!!😳😳 Electricians , Plumbers, HVAC Techs, and Drywallers done their part. While that was being done, we shingled, done siding- vinyl, smart siding, aluminum siding, cedar shakes ( on roofs and siding) and even faux brick. We done soffits and insulation.
When it was ready, we put flooring in - prefinished hardwood, lvp, and rolled vinyl. We did not do carpet. If there was carpet we hired a carpet layer for that.
Then I would go back in and set interior doors and the permanent exterior doors. Even garage doors!! We would set windows and trim them. Baseboards quarter round and crown. As needed . Where needed.
So I come from a background of lots of information and I'm happy to give ideas and suggestions along the way!!!
It's extremely rewarding to help someone turn their house into a home, and give them the masterpiece they deserve!!!

What an amazing update to this bathroom!!!!!! These Bridgewood Cabinetry cabinets are Maple painted White. The door style is called Portland. The countertop is Granite-Bengal White.

We used Jeffrey Alexander -Richard Pulls and Renzo K***s. These two styles are sister options. One is a square based shape the other is round. They both have the same intricate design making them interchangeable together. It's the only 2 that have that option.

The sinks are Karran vitreous china. Which is a Hardened glazed porcelain making it hold up longer, more dense, with a protective layer making it easy clean for years to come.

We don't do just kitchens. We do bathrooms, laundry rooms, kitchens, kitchenettes, garage cabinets.
