Our July Newsletter has just been published. Be sure to check your email!
Please read this important update about our group. Join us for the rest of July and August for our online mediations. Note that we will try to hold at least one outdoors at Lindabury Orchard in Amherst. That will reposted here and in our Newsletter.

Dear Sangha members,
The guiding teachers, facilitators, and advisory group members, wish to announce that as of September 1 Souhegan Insight Meditation will be on a hiatus. Although we will no longer be meeting for our weekly sitting meditation, we plan to keep the newsletter, page, and website active, and will send periodic announcements about dharma related events in the larger community.
We will hold occasional sits and hopefully a day-long retreats (in-person) in the near future. So we do not plan to disappear entirely.
This hiatus is necessary for a number of reasons, including on-line attendance drop-off and the difficulty switching back to in-person meetings due to the persistence of Covid-19 in the community. In addition, after almost 7 1/2 years of meeting weekly I, (Delia) am turning increasingly to a number of different projects and wish to clear my calendar to spend more time with my writing and more intensive personal study of the dharma.
For most of its existence Souhegan Insight has been a lively and dedicated group of individuals. Many of you came to the dharma through our door. We are deeply honored to have stewarded this group and to help deepen exposure to the teachings and practices our world needs so much right now. We look forward to whatever shape SIM may take going forward.
We will meet for the remainder of July and each Tuesday in August. Weather permitting, we will attempt to meet outdoors in person on occasion and will send instructions as to where that will take place.
We welcome any input you may have regarding Souhegan Insight.
With deep bows of appreciation and metta,
Souhegan Insight Meditation teachers and Advisory Group.
