◦Brownstone Restoration: Repair, reconstruction and replacement. Epoxy consolidation of decayed stone.
◦Brick Restoration: Joint preparation and repointing of all styles of brickwork. Matching historic mortar formulas, colors and joint profiles. Expertise in new work, particularly in-filling to matching existing work. New brickwork expertly mach historical standards and profiles.
◦Masonry Cleaning: Acceptable forms of chemical and detergent cleaning, as well as low pressure sandblasting.
◦Terra Cotta, Pre-Cast Work: Terra Cotta and composition facsimiles. Traditional and contemporary anchoring methods.
◦Structural Work: Steel lintel replacement, concrete pilings, general reinforcement of historic masonry buildings, cathodic protection to steel.
◦Waterproofing and sealant Work: Masonry waterproofing and sealant work, through-wall flashings, spray coatings and caulking.
◦Wood Restoration and Painting: Epoxy consolidates and patching compounds for wood repairs. Preparation and painting of architectural woodwork.
