Closets, Mudroom, Office, and more! So much more!
1 year ago we had a fantastic customer give her family the gift that keeps on giving all year around! ORGANIZATION!!!
She came in with her ideas, gave us the space to work with, and we were happy to show her how she could maximize these spaces! We had so much fun during the process that we became very good friends, and that’s the beautiful gift we each received last year. Thank you!!!

Mud Room/Entryway!
We’ve all heard it before “if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it”. But nobody said anything about “if it works well, don’t make it better”!!
Winter has come and these entry spaces can be the first start of a winter mess inside! Hats, boots, gloves, snow pants, jackets, bags, keys, glasses, purses, etc! Give these spaces a little love and it will go a long way!

Guest/Bonus Rooms!
Murphy beds have been around since the early 1900s. Originally they were designed for space saving purposes in small homes, apartments, hotels, mobile homes, and college dormitories. Even today with the volume of square footage a modern home has, the purpose is the same.
Why dedicate a room to accommodate guests opposed to a craft room, away room, bonus room, TV room, etc? Why can’t it be both?!
Many of our customers downsize their homes to condos or two bedroom houses and a Murphy bed is a great way to dual purpose the space. Guests come and go from time to time, but rarely do they stay more days of the month the when they are away. So why not!

Workshop Areas!

This space is a great representation of what you can do with an unfinished area of your home that might not be getting utilized to its full potential.
Customer: “my husband is a very intelligent man and he loves to work on circuit boards and all this really intricate STUFF. He recently picked up the hobby of buying broken hospital equipment online, fixing the circuit boards and replacing the broken parts, and then selling them online.”
Me: “Oh wow, that’s cool! Is it going well for him?”
Customer: “oh my god yes, he doing so well with it and he has made some money too. So I think he’s earned himself an upgraded workbench and space”.
So we went in and added outlets where needed. Ran wiring for additional lighting. Covered the floor and everything in the room with plastic to spray the ceiling flat black. Then put up drywall, finished it, and painted. Last thing to do was install the cabinetry and hang the lights!

Wine Room Time!

Our customer recently purchased a new home and found this odd room beyond the utility area. We were all uncertain of what the space was intended for. It had a security system keypad, but no door, so we pondered the thought of the previous homeowner intending to make it a safe room.
WE HAD A BETTER IDEA!!!
