Parking is $1.00 per hour with a $10 maximum and FREE parking overnight. Enjoy your mornings from one of the multiple on-board decks with a gourmet cup of coffee from the on board Keurig K cup brewer. Sunset cocktails from the Captain’s Bridge offer an unobstructed view from the water surrounded by multi-million dollar yachts and mansions. Chill out before a big night out in the spacious air-conditioned main salon, which features a sofa, easy chairs, dinning table, bar, kitchen, surround-sound with iPod doc, Wi-Fi, and a 47' flat screen TV. After a big night out in South Beach come back to your private yacht with two private staterooms that each have Queen sized-beds, private bathrooms with showers, plenty of closet space, luxurious linens, & black-out curtains and flat screen TV's. The slip at 5160 Collins Ave is close enough to the Fountainbleu and Nobu EdenRoc mega resorts yet away from the chaos of cabstands and 24 hour valet. Valet Parking at Seacoast Condo directly across the street is great for convenience and security and only $12.00 overnight (compared to resorts $40.00.) Or park at the Beachside parking lot for $1.00 per hour ($10 Maximum) and free overnight. The CITI bikes for rent at Beachside park can be taken anywhere on South Beach and turned back in at any kiosk. One way biking down to Art Deco district then take a cab back is a great excursion. The fully stocked kitchen has a residential size refrigerator, oven, microwave, K-cup coffee brewing system and plates, glasses, and silverware for on-board dining. Located just 500 feet from the Yacht is a GREAT Cuban market located inside the 5151 Seacoast condominium building. Fresh baked bread, best Cuban sandwich in South Beach (for only $4.00), Cuban coffee, wine beer, Champaign, mixers, pantry items, pasta, beach supplies all easy walking distance. The convenience store is open 7am to 10pm and has most things needed to provision the boat for your stay. Publix's full grocery store is only a half-mile North on Collins Ave and has a full liquor store and free parking. The yacht is located in a very nice neighborhood with multi-million dollar houses and condos. Nice behavior and respecting the neighbors is a must. Loud amplified sound outside decks is not allowed but you can party like a rock star in your air-conditioned LED light salon all night long. The Yacht cannot have have more than six people on board and may not be used for an invitational party. The rear deck has a teak bar with sink, outdoor dining set, large cooler and spacious area to relax and dine. Enjoy the day in the marina on board your luxury yacht, hang out by one of the neighboring hotel pools, walk to Beachview Park for a day to enjoy crystal blue water, and uncrowded beach, with lifeguard on duty. Rental is for lodging only. Separate charter with licensed Captain may be available but is not included in daily rental. A cruise to tour Indian Creek mansions will go out into Biscayne Bay with sweeping views of downtown Miami. Then anchor at Haulover sandbar for a swim and great party atmosphere. This is a great way to spend a half-day charter for $850.00. Cruise to the Miami river , catch the city skyline view and tour Biscayne Bay requires a full day charter for $1400.
