ry value, quality and exceptional service to our customers. All Medallion furniture has a baked-on polyester powder coat finish. Prior to painting, the frame surface is cleaned and pre-treated with a chromate five-stage system to prevent oxidation and insure adhesion of the powder to the aluminum frame. The powder coat finish is applied electrostatically then cured in a 400 degree oven. This state-of the-art technology allows a finish that is not only beautiful, but will withstand prolonged exposure to the elements. We use a commercial grade vinyl coated polyester mesh for sling applications. Unmatched for its strength and beauty, this durable all-weather fabric is available in a large variety of colors and patterns. Medallion offers a wide variety of commercial-rated materials from many of the leading textile mills. We are proud to offer SUNBRELLA 100% solution-dyed acrylic fabric for our cushions and umbrellas. These fabrics are not only beautiful and vibrant, they are extremely durable. They are made from the same acrylic fiber as awnings and boat canvas, so they are soft and luxurious to the touch, yet extremely resistant to mildew and are colorfast. Marine grade vinyl is also featured on many of our upholstered and loose seat cushions for restaurant and commercial applications. It is easy to clean and can be quickly dried after rain because the fabric is water repellent.
