B&A Interior Concept is evolving!

After 25 years of experience in the design industry, I’m embracing a new chapter where professional expertise meets AI technology.

We’re developing new ways to support your projects, making the design and planning process smarter, more efficient, and more accessible.

The experience remains. The possibilities are expanding.

I’ll be sharing more about what’s coming and how we can work together.

Stay tuned! ✨

Today, we’re here at B&A to officially announce that we’ll be ending our fabrication and installation services.

Reinaldo is retiring, and his next project will actually be building our own kitchen!

We also want to take this opportunity to thank all our clients, suppliers, and partners who have been part of this incredible journey.

Thank you for your trust, your support, and for being part of the B&A story.

B&A Millwork Design We are developing our second case study using an AI-assisted Design & Millwork workflow.

The process began with field measurements, photographs and handmade sketches. From there, the project was developed in layers—from preliminary plans and elevations to appliance and specification coordination.

The technology supports the process. Professional experience guides, reviews and verifies every decision.

Still in development. Built carefully, one project at a time.

An approved elevation provides more than visual direction. It can become the basis for preliminary material quantities, purchasing preparation and a clearer understanding of project costs.

Connecting design information with preliminary quantities and cost understanding is one of the workflows I’m carefully testing with our AI Design & Millwork Assistant.

The objective is not to replace professional verification. It is to create a clearer connection between design and preparation.

A design assistant shouldn’t stop at the drawing. It should help calculate what it takes to build it.

From approved plans and elevations, our AI-assisted workflow calculated a preliminary material takeoff and helped organize a purchasing list for the project.

We are still testing, correcting and improving—but we are no longer simply imagining what might be possible. We are seeing those possibilities take shape through real projects.

And this is only the beginning.

Luzia Busch | Business Consultant & Personal Branding 🇺🇸🇧🇷I have been developing and training an AI design and millwork assistant to work under my professional direction.

This kitchen is part of that journey—transforming measurements, design decisions and continuous revisions into a coordinated preliminary presentation without using traditional CAD or SketchUp at this stage.

This is not the result of one prompt. It is professional experience guiding, training and correcting the technology.

The tool is new. The expertise behind it isn’t.

Luzia Busch | Business Consultant & Personal Branding 🇺🇸🇧🇷 From a preliminary sketch to a clear concept presentation.

For this kitchen, I used AI as part of my interior concept workflow to help transform initial ideas into consistent preliminary drawings — connecting dimensions, layout, materials, functionality, and design intent in a way the client could clearly visualize.

This is still the first phase of the project. It is not a replacement for technical drawings, engineering, or final construction documentation.

But for concept development and client presentation, it allows us to explore ideas, identify possibilities, and communicate direction much faster and with much more clarity.

Technology becomes valuable when it supports experience — not when it replaces it.

Concept first. Clarity next. Development follows.

Beauty + practicality, perfectly aligned.
This kitchen was thoughtfully designed to balance clean aesthetics with real functionality—integrating smart layout, custom millwork, and carefully selected materials to support everyday living with ease.

Because a well-designed kitchen isn’t just about how it looks…
it’s about how it works for you, every single day.
