Monday tip for you🚀🚀🚀

Scope of work should always be agreed upon prior to getting bids from contractors. Contractors are not meant for your convenience and scope of work shouldn't be modified week over week. As an investor, come to the table with an identified scope and if you don't have one that is okay. Work with a qualified designer and iron that out before getting a bid.

AI renderings are an incredible tool—but they’re not your purchasing list.
Before sharing a design plan with your client, double-check that the products shown in the AI rendering actually match the products being specified and purchased.
AI can change: • Furniture proportions
• Colors and finishes
• Pillow patterns
• Lighting details
• Hardware
• Rug sizes and patterns
• Even the number or style of pieces in the room
The problem? Your client may fall in love with the rendering—not the actual product.
At Space Launch, we recommend comparing the final rendering side-by-side with the actual FF&E selections before client approval.
The goal is simple: What they approve ➜ What gets ordered ➜ What gets installed.

PSA 😅😅😅--- Don't let this be your project. This property was delayed on several fronts from poor project management. It led to huge gaps in communication and we showed up to perform the install with over a $100k of product to see this. 🙈🙉

An inexperienced project management team does not know how to mitigate these issues.

Here is our stance:
