Good afternoon to our RESIDENTS! Just want to inform everyone that it is COYOTE MATING SEASON! THEY ARE OUT AT ALL OURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT NOW! THEY ARE COMING CLOSER TO OUR YARDS AND PROPERTIES ON THE MAIN LANE..PLEASE KEEP YOUR ANIMALS IN SIGHT AND DO NOT LEAVE THEM OUT LONGER THAN NECESSARY TO AVOID MISSING ANIMALS...IF YOUR A FEEDER FOR THE CATS PLEASE DO NOT FEED THEM LATER THAN 4 P.M. AS IT ONLY INVITES COYOTES AND RACCOONS AND POSSUMS INTO YOUR YARD AS FOOD IS SCARCE NOW...IF YOU SHOULD ENCOUNTER ONE MAKE LOUD NOISES TO SCARE THEM OFF...DO NOT APPROACH THEM AND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RUN FROM THEM LIKE A DOG THEY WILL CHASE YOU! STAY WARM! STAY SAFE! AND ABOVE ALL STAY AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS! WE DO HAVE A PACK THAT LIVES BEHIND US IN THE WOODS ADJACENT TO EVER REST CEMETERY...THANK YOU AND STAY SAFE!

Yes community's may own where we live but we are still OAK LANE! I know the vast majority of residents here as i live here....this is UNACCEPTABLE! RETURN THIS PACKAGE BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOU TOOK IT JUST AS YOU CLAIMED JEANETTE'S OTHER PACKAGES AND HAVE SHOWN YOU THE PHOTO OF YOUR PORCH WHERE THE PACKAGE WAS LEFT! WE KNOW YOUHAVE IT AND YOU KNOW YOU HAVE IT...I KNOW WHAT THE PACKAGE CONTAINED BECAUSE I SPOKE WITH HER HUSBAND AND HES GONE TO YOUR HOME TO ASK FOR THE PACKAGE AND YOU BLANTLY LIED TO HIM AND TOLD HIM YOU DONT HAVE IT...FUNNY HOW THE MISSING PACKAGE/PACKAGES ARE FROM THE SAME PLACE YOU CLAIM TO HAVE GOTTEN PACKAGES FROM! GIVE THIS GIRL HER PACKAGES....WE ARE DONE PLAYIN YOUR STUPID GAME TIME TO DISH OUT STUPID PRIZES!...OUR OFFICE IS NOT ABANDONED....OUR PARK IS NOT ABANDONED BY MANAGEMENT OR ANYONE ELSE...WE WATCH OUT FOR EACH OTHER AND YOU 2 INDIVIDUALS ARE MAKING OUR PARK S**TVILLE...WE'RE DONE WITH YOUR B.S...DO THE RIGHT THING...IT WASNT YOURS TO TAKE AND ISNT YOURS TO KEEP...I SEE YOUR "GIRL" WEARING ANY OF THESE THINGS THERE WILL BE CONSEQUENCES...RESULTING IN STUPID PRIZES...WE SEE ALL YOU DO AND SOME OF US HAVE PICTURES OF YOU DOING IT....

Spring has sprung at Oak Lane! Time to replenish our yards with flowers and gardens! We ask our residents to put your yard waste in a brown yard bag for waste management to pick up on Wednesday morning please do not dump your yard waste behind the homes on the back lane or the main lane as it creates homes for unwelcome rodents, mice, etc....have a safe and healthy spring! If there are any questions about your home or the rental of a home please call the office at 708-385-0340 any messages sent thru messenger will be directed to the Community Manager.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our maintenance man Rich Spencer..Rich was the most warm hearted person willing to help anyone who needed help.
We will be hosting a celebration of life for Rich January 30th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m...
