🥙 WEEK 6 — The gyro craze continues!
At this point, we’re not sure if we’re running a food truck or a gyro support group. They’ve been selling out week after week, so if you want one, get here early! Join us Thursday from 11 to 1:30 at Carquest for gyros, hot beef, turkey, pulled pork, shaved prime rib, meat bowls, Better Than Fair cheese curds, and of course Bill’s Lemonade Stand of Merrill.
Come hungry. Come early. The gyros have a history of disappearing. 🍋🥙🧀

WEEK 5 IS HERE — AND THE GYRO WARNING IS BACK!

If you’ve been thinking about getting a gyro, this is your sign. They’ve been selling out faster than we can make them, so if a gyro is on your lunch wish list, get here early!

This Thursday from 11 to 1:30 at Carquest in downtown Merrill, we’re bringing the lineup that keeps your lunch break undefeated:

🍋 And of course, Bill’s Lemonade Stand of Merrill will be there serving fresh-squeezed lemonade cold enough to make your air conditioner jealous.

🚨🐴 CLOSED SATURDAY AND SUNDAY : MARK’S BUGGY NEEDS TUNED UP 🐴🚨

Well folks… Friday was the last day of school, and while most kids took tractors for “tractor day,” Mark rolled into school in a full-blown Amish horse & buggy. That’s right. Suspenders flappin’, horse trottin’, buggy wheels squeakin’… looking like Little House on the Prairie meets South Compton.

Unfortunately, after showing off a few too many “high-performance buggy maneuvers” in the parking lot, the old rig now needs some minor maintenance before its next big appearance.

So Ed & Sharon’s will be CLOSED Saturday and Sunday while Mark changes buggy oil, rotates wagon wheels, polishes the lanterns, and gives the horse an alignment.

BUT DON’T PANIC…

🚗☀️ We’ll be at the Tomahawk Car Show on Sunday with Bill’s Lemonade Stand!
And yes… Mark will be there too, proudly showcasing his buggy between the Chevelles and Corvettes like it’s a limited-edition horsepower package from 1847.

Come grab a lemonade, check out the cars, and try not to feed the horse cheese curds. 🐴🍋

WOW… what a day at Merrill’s Food Truck-a-Palooza yesterday!

I would like to give a HUGE thank you to my rockstar employees — Alex, Tanya, Pam, Mark, Levi W, Levi L and Braxton — for absolutely knocking it out of the park. The crowd was INSANE, the lines never seemed to stop, and these guys handled it like total pros from start to finish.

I truly could not have done it without them. Hardworking, fast, and top-notch employees all the way around. I’m beyond grateful for this crew and everyone who came out to support us.

A huge thank you as well to the City of Merrill, Wisconsin and especially Hallie Savall for putting on such an awesome event for the community.

Never got a chance to take a picture because we were so busy… so I had to resort to an AI picture. Lol

We will be closed today Saturday May 16th. We will be at the Merrill fairgrounds with the Big Blue Food Truck and Bill’s Lemonade Stand of Merrill. Reopen on Sunday at noon.
