Photos of a project completed about 4 years ago. Wall removed between original kitchen and dining room and wide doorway created between kitchen and living room to create a circular flow throughout the entire first floor. Former kitchen was very tight and a complete dead end in the home.

Recent project. Started with standard laundry room configuration… side by side washer and dryer and plastic laundry tub and sink. Space is adjacent to kitchen, so client wanted a quasi butlers pantry function as well. Used their former kitchen sink in a butcher block top, added an 18” dishwasher adjacent and a stacked washer/dryer unit. New custom color cabinets to match wall color. Checkered marble floor tile extends into kitchen, dining room and foyer. Mosaic marble backsplash with brushed gold accents to match hardware and hanging rod.

Had some professional photos taken of a project and comparing them with the design concept renderings I had prepared for client. Amazes me how close they are and what a great design tool the renderings are. Leaves very little up to guesswork for the client to know what the final results will be. First photo is actual kitchen, second image is the design rendering

Latest update to our photorealistic rendering software is pretty amazing and a great visualization tool for your project! Have been playing around with it for a few days, LOTS to learn, but very happy with the results so far.

Finally got over to client's house to get some completed photos of project. This was a typical 70's tiny "U" shape kitchen and adjacent breakfast area. Both spaces combined to make one large space and also opened up wall to adjacent formal dining room to make it more open plan and informal dining area.

Some paint touch up and minor electrical work (swap out outlets for black and electric cabinet door assist-blue tape wasn’t in my final design, lol), but for all practical purposes the display is DONE!!!!!
