Customer complaint: Loud knocking coming from engine bay.

Diagnosis: Radiator fan assembly bearing failure.

Repair: Replace radiator fan assembly.

Result: Knocking sound ceased, cooling system functional and operating normally.

Custom brake upgrade performed today. From factory to sport edition brakes, rotors and calipers. Looks 10x better too!

Customer complaint: Vehicle not starting.

Diagnosis: Tested battery voltage, battery within range. No crank, no sound found. Replace starter.

Result: Starter replaced successfully and vehicle started without hesitation.

NOTE: Sorry pictures are so dark. This was done inside a garage with next to no lighting.

Customer complaint: Vehicle battery not charging effectively.

Diagnosis: Alternator going bad due to oil leaking from VTEC (Head Cylinder Solenoid Assembly) gasket. Change alternator and VTEC gasket.

Results: Gaskets changed, oil leak stopped. Alternator changed and test showed alternator was then charging within normal parameters.
