One customer at a time, Joe Burkeland grew CTW by concentrating on providing high quality service and in-depth product knowledge for our customers. Congratulations to Shannon Howery and Jeff Howery on their retirement!

We'd like to thank them for their years of hard work, dedication, and contributions to CTW Design Center. Thank you to Shannon for 7 years as our Account Receivable Specialist and Jeff for 8 years as a Senior Flooring Consultant! And while we’ll miss having Shannon and Jeff here, we’re happy to continue the Howery family's connection to CTW with their children, Seth and Chloe.

We are incredibly grateful for all they have done for CTW and wish them both a wonderful and well-deserved retirement! Congrats, Shannon and Jeff!
