My most recent bathroom remodel.

Can you say "heavy lifting"?? Out with the tile in with the fiberglass composite.

Such a pleasant client. She made me lunch everyday and kept my water glass full!! 😀😄
She also jumped back on my list for a kitchen remodel next fall. 🥰

This multifaceted project took place on James Island, just south of Charleston. My client opened her house to us, gave us shelter and hospitality, as we performed many updates to her home.

As we all know, remodeling can be a very stressful time. My client took every day in stride, as we found additional problems that needed to be repaired with a few of the projects. We had vendor issues that caused delays in deliveries, so we had to adapt our project schedules to keep us somewhat on our planned timeline.
We added on additional projects to make her back yard space into an oasis to relax and unwind.

Big thank you to my guys for taking time away from their families to assist me in making my clients visions come to life.

Quick 2 week kitchen renovation! My client was a trooper!! Minor glitch in her first wall color choice but easily remedied. She is more than pleased and already spreading my name to others. 🥰
I had to push her project up by a month because of another larger project I have down south of Charleston next week.

Floor restoration project for the next few days!

Been working in this crazy heat for a few days doing some powerwashing, caulking and painting of Facia and soffit. Repainting of clients front porch as well. Down here one MUST maintain the barrier from this humid weather.

Started the project prior to my trip to Michigan.

Didn't take all aspects of the work performed.
Another satisfied client. 😀

Quick floor install to update a clients kitchen/dining/entry/bath area.

Flooring used is called NexGen absolutely fabulous 👌. Easy to install and walking on it feels like you are on air.

**I did not take before photos for most of it....Oops. 🤣🤣
