We require everything be in trash bags, all bags MUST be tied, and cardboard boxes must be broken down flat, UNBAGGED and placed next to the trash. We do not require you take the trash down to the road. We just ask that the trash is where our trucks can back right up to it; It's not blocked by any cars or anything. Our bag limit is 10 13-gallon bags per week OR 6 33-gallon bags per week. We will n
ot take any bag larger than 33-gallon size unless they are less than half full or not heavy. Payment options include cash, check, money order, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, or Discovery. Payments by Debit/Credit cards can be made either over the phone or online at www.carlsgarbage.com and will add a 4% convenience fee to your total. (To make payments online, you MUST know your account number, for immediate credit, DO NOT PAY USING THIS SYSTEM) For other forms of payment, you can leave payments out for your driver to pick up on your service day, you can bring it directly to our office, there is a location in the city you can drop it off at, or you have the option of mailing it. For immediate credit, we suggest leaving payments for your driver or paying over the phone. If you need anything larger taken, such as appliances, furniture, bulk pick-up, we CAN do that. We can set you up with one of our drivers to do what we call and Extra Load. Prices vary depending on weight and those are cash payments only because our drivers are required to pay a separate dumping bill for those larger loads.
