Maybe somebody can help me out with this. The state sales tax is 4.3% Henry county is 1%. Collinsville is zero. I just looked up the 2023 tax rates. Why is Lowe's charging 7.3% sales tax? nobody ever notice when you check out the Lowe's bills are always extremely higher than what you thought they would be. They're charging an additional 2%. Where's all that money? I know I want mine back and I spend a lot of money at Lowe's at 2%. Doesn't sound like a lot but it adds up to thousands and in Lowe's case it adds up into the millions. I mean is that someone's Christmas bonus or what? Or am I just looking at this wrong which I don't think so? I know a retail store can't determine their own tax rate and increase it or maybe I miss that section you know when I was reading up on the state sales tax rates

Okay guys I'm going to do $40 bar stools one more week so this is the week to buy them and then they are I need to make some room for some couches so I got to get rid of several hundred bar stools use my space shortage to your advantage I have multiples and full sets almost everyone you see in these pictures there's no one in this state that can beat my prices so take advantage of it why you can I can't keep them that low forever guys
