Another one in the books!
This may be my favorite project to date. A huge table from a walnut slab and concrete. commissioned me to create a community table for their new cafe/roastery and gave me freedom to make what I saw fit.
I’m always grateful for clients that put their trust in me to design and build something that will work for their space with minimal prompt. I can get creative and pull ideas that I’ve had in mind before I had an excuse to implement them. It’s a great feeling.

Now for something a little different!
I was commissioned by .studio to create this huge wall piece for a realtors office. It’s meant to be a selfie backdrop for her clients as well as a great statement wall. About 115 little keys are fixed to it to fill in the space.
It was a fun departure from my usual work. No technical joinery or hardwood, just some layout, painting and repetitious flow work in attaching the keys.

One big slab is now two. It’s almost ready to pour concrete in between, which will match the countertops in the coffee shop that this table will call home.
