Your furniture is ready. Your job site is not.

That is what our warehouse is for. We keep your product stored and organized until it is time to install.

Girl, we got you. 🤝

We came bearing sunglasses, cards, and a little procurement reality check. 😎🃏

Spring 2027 will be here before you know it, and outdoor furniture lead times can stretch 4–6 months or more.

A few of our community stops quickly turned into, “Wait... we actually do need help with this.”
Exactly why we made the rounds.

Planning outdoor spaces for spring? Let’s get ahead of it.

Meet the Red Pen team, according to each other. 😂

We asked the team to write fun facts about one another, and the results were too good not to share. From porch geese and hard-boiled eggs to celebrity selfies and internet stalking skills, there is apparently a lot happening behind the procurement.

Swipe to get to know the people behind Red Pen a little better!

How do you flirt with a procurement agent?
Apparently, like this. 😉
The best compliments we receive aren't about us. They're about how the project felt.
A smooth install. Clear communication. Everything in stock. No punch list. A team that made it easy to focus on the design. Those are the moments we work toward on every project!

If you're looking for a procurement partner who handles the logistics so you can focus on the creative, we'd love to connect.

The best procurement process is the one you don’t have to think about. Not because it’s simple, but because it’s fully handled.

From purchasing and tracking to receiving, warehousing, installation, and punch lists, we keep every phase connected and accountable.

So you're not chasing updates.

You're not following up on vendors.

You're not solving logistics problems.

You stay focused on the design. We'll handle the rest.
