What a damp delivery day!! Check out the wood grain in this stunning ash table top! This custom weathered gray stain pairs perfectly with the sherwin williams mindful gray base. Just realized I never posted this one from a while back! This gorgeous walnut and white powdercoated steel base has a really cool story behind it. This amazing walnut was actually milled from fallen trees during hurricane Fran and stored in a barn all these years! The client surprised his wife for her birthday with delivery of this beauty and even shared some of his favorite bourbon with me!! I am so glad this wood now has a new life and can be cherished for years to come!!🦚

Todays install was extra special!! I got to install this door with my awesome son Isaac and show him the ropes! This client had two requests with this sliding barn door. 1) Solve the traffic issues with the linen closet door. 2) Incorporate a large mirror on the back of the door! I think we nailed it!! Install day! This floating box mantle has some amazing heritage from the clients family farm. The reclaimed oak came from the barn pictured and has been stored in that barn over 80 years!! More pieces to come from this gorgeous oak including a dining table!!🦚

1: Original farmhouse cupboard from the early 1900s. Picked from a farm in north Chatham. Solid heart pine and gorgeous patina that has been lacquered! All of the hinges and k***s are mismatched and just the way it was intended!!One of a kind!!!
