Custom banquette cushions.
The vinyl our client chose is a perfect color for her space and will hold up well. She designed and cut the boards, then brought them to us. She did a great job! We are all happy with how they look in this room!

Linus got out today. He snuck out when a customer was here and now I can’t find my find him! Please, if you see him bring him to the shop. Or let me know.

These very well built wingback chairs have been in the family for many years. The next generation brought them to us and we are happy to preserve them for the following generations to come. We removed the 80’s blue and used a nice navy buffalo plaid. We removed the skirt and it was a good call! It moved these chairs into a new era .

This couch was passed along to us from a friend. We were surprised when the grandchildren came in to pick up their chairs and shockingly said, “That’s Grandma’s couch!” Of course we were happy to make sure it stayed in the family. The before pictures are the pink flowers, the blue after. Miraculously, they also were able to get the little footstool to accompany the couch. It was meant to be! Enjoy the before, during and after pictures. This was quite a process!

Hi Friends. I wanted to let those of you who don’t know, that my mom passed away Nov. 19th. I’ve decided to close for the next two weeks as we take care of her affairs. We plan to return to the shop December 9. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we have had so much going on this year.

Hi everyone. It’s been a long time since I posted and I haven’t figured out exactly how to word things to explain our sporadic absences at the shop. So I’ll just say it the best I can:
Since June Merle has been dealing with lots of health issues. He’s been in and out of ER and had a couple of hospital stays. He’s been diagnosed with AFIB Flutter which is rare for a man of his age and no major health issues in the past. This is very unexpected. (No, he did not take any vaccines) We don’t know the cause. He’s currently stable as far as his heart goes, but there are other symptoms that we can’t explain. We are doing a lot of tests and looking for answers.
Also, my mom is currently on hospice care in her home. I am her primary caregiver (as well as Merle’s). I am on call for her as needed. She’s doing ok at this point.
We’ve had a very rocky summer with ups and downs and I wanted to inform all of our customers. We weren’t saying much until we had more answers. At this time we still don’t have all the answers but it’s been all summer and still dragging on. We wanted to inform you all and thank you so much for your patience as we navigate this time in our life. We appreciate you all so very much!
