This is the kind of home that makes you want to move—even when you’re not looking.
I’ve had the privilege of working on many beautiful properties over the years, but this one is truly next level. What was once a well-loved family home has been completely reimagined with a modern aesthetic, while still honoring its original charm through warm wood tones and natural stone textures. The result? A s**ce that feels fresh, yet inviting and cozy.
The bathrooms were especially fun to design—each one is practically the size of a bedroom, complete with large walk-in showers and deep soaking tubs. The primary bathroom steals the show with its wood-look fluted tile, creating a spa-like retreat right at home. 🛁

Earlier this year I had the pleasure of redesigning this charming cottage in Coahoma, TX. Originally a 3 bed 1 bath layout, we reimagined the s**ce to create a more functional 3 bed 2 bath home with indoor laundry—all without adding to the existing footprint! 🙌
We gave it a modern, but cozy look with:
• Soft sage green tile in the bathrooms
• Solid Wood Cabinets painted Sage Green
• Quartz Countertops
• Warm wood-look flooring throughout
• Extra Storage cabinets in the Laundry and Kitchen
• large mudroom that could be used as a home office or flex s**c

Last year I was offered the opportunity of a lifetime. I was hired to help transform a historic building in my hometown into a luxury real estate brokerage office. The owner wanted to keep a few of the original historic details while morphing it into a modern office building. We faced a few hurdles along the way but I could not be more pleased with how it all turned out.
