Wow! Thank you for 44 years in Madison Heights. I am now officially retired. The new owner of Aaron's Lock & Key is Richard Danforth. There will be changes coming in the next couple of weeks. But he can be reached at the existing telephone numbers.

All keying systems, standard and key control have been turned over to Richard so there is nothing to worry about. He will maintain your locksmith needs in the future.

When asking for service, and we quote a price, it is based upon good business practices that allow us to stay in business. If you as for a discount the price will go up 25% each time you ask. Don't tell us you are a part of a great net working system and you can provide us a lot of business if we offer you a discount. I want to thank everyone who has posted, good or bad! I just continue to provide good service to those who want it. And I will yell at someone if they say they are going to post a bad review. After 40 years of being in a retail service business I have learned that there are those that think they are right all the time, even if warranty periods are up and they don't keep their receipts. Everyone have a great day.

Today I had a young lady come into my store with a GM 5 Button remote. She stated that we repaired over a year ago. I opened upon the case to check the remote.

There was excess solder on the battery holder. I told her that we didn't repair the holder in that manner. She said I was calling her a liar. And this is the only place that she had work done.

She had no receipt. If it had been soldered in the manner in which we do the job I would have repaired it. Instead she ask for it back and said she was going to give me a bad review.

Any customer of ours knows that we go out of the way on repairs when we do them. She took video's and pictures, came back in for a business card, ask for my name.

Told her it was on the business card and ask her to leave. While on the phone with someone else she stated that she not be touched or forced to leave and she wasn't. She left and yelled from the parking lot that I was a Racist.

I'm sure she is posting something on the internet, if not already. Those who know me, know I am not racist, and take care of my customers.
