I crossed paths with the owner off these several years ago and it seemed like every year after that ruin into him again, some where. He sincerely would say every year that he had to get these chairs (plus the matching glider) over to us for preservation. Well, it finally happened and this was the result.
After he got them home and received several complements, he did some research and discovered that investment he made with us doubled their value, which was considerable.
When refurbish items like this, first we disassemble them a manner to inflect the least amount of damage.

We also may buy similar items that can brought back to a useable condition!

Well, it's been a long haul since the beginning of Covid19.
Now I have finally found an honest, talented, man to be a great team member. I expect that as long as I can his interest he and I will work into a partnership in the near future. Right now, he has accepted the position as Operations Manager, and I look forward to developing our mutual goals.
You should be seeing posts from him in the near future.
Our promise to you is quality of the highest endeavor, whether you're doing Restorations or Preservations.

Much of the enjoyment of doing restoration is the history. Each piece seems to have its own story. Digging into the background of many of these projects is just so interesting, sometimes it's so hard not to dig deeper.
