The Estate Sale:
TESC offers an entire house liquidation service which includes sorting, cleaning, merchandizing, staging and pricing of every single item in the home. Consignment:
We will pick up, itemize, price and sell your items for a period of 30/60 days. Anything that is not sold during that time will be returned to you or donated. Payment for items sold will be sent to the client within 30 days of sale date. Cleaning Service:
We come in and clean out the house floor to ceiling and wall to wall and leave the home presentable for end of escrow, selling of the home or moving in of new tenant, remodel or a new start! We also do small jobs that include haul away and trash removal.
