Maple is a domestic hardwood grown mostly in the Northeast US. I use all kinds of amazing exotic woods, some of them are rare and very expensive. But Maple remains one of my favorite woods for this reason. In certain trees the grain of the wood "mangles" and creates this 3D effect known to woodworkers as "Curl" or "Quilting" These frames are made with Tiger (or curley) maple with Ebony and Wenge accents. Hey everyone! I have been working on starting a small business building and selling custom furniture for a long while now. I have finally gotten to a point where I have the tools I needed and the time to build a few pieces to show. I will update my page as I make new items, but I promise not to spam everyone! I know the furniture and tables I make are very high quality and will last a long time. I understand my projects will seem expensive to those looking for IKEA prices. Sorry, I can't compete with them... If you want something better, and more unique you are in the right spot!
