Sometimes the perfect piece isn’t just about the wood—it’s about how it fits the room.

This 7’ x 5’ live-edge elm centerpiece table was designed to create a natural transition between our client’s dining and living spaces. The elm started with warmer brown tones that didn’t quite fit their home, so we worked through a custom gray-toned finish to complement the surrounding furniture and overall feel of the space.

The result is still unmistakably natural elm—with all the character of the live edge and grain—but in a tone that feels like it was made for this room.

We didn’t get the final install photos on this one… because the kitchen was still under construction.

But even unfinished, these deep-toned walnut counter & island tops were already stealing the show.

There’s just something about rich walnut grain that brings warmth, depth, and a custom-built feel you can’t fake. This kitchen is going to be incredible when it’s finished.
